Personal Message:
My passion is engrained in motivating clients and supporting them to reach their personal health goals. I see myself as a specialist in the business of movement and helping individuals to move better.
My Pilates journey first started when I moved abroad to the Netherlands in 2014.
A dream came true when I opened the doors of In-Sync Pilates Studio in 2016 and a second studio in 2023.
What I love most about my work is understanding and supporting the 'person' behind the body, acknowledging how each body differs from another and designing a personalised program within the ability and fitness level of each individual.
Qualifications: Stott (large equipment), Kineticode (Mat), Barre, The Garuda Method, Pre- and post Natal Pilates (AALO/Stott).

Pilates has taught me kindness when life was harsh. It taught me calmness when I needed to slow down. It taught me determination, when I felt like giving up. It taught me strength when I was feeling weak. Pilates is my saving grace, my passion and my life.
I’ve been in the wellness industry for over 16 years and I’ve always had an incredible fascination with human anatomy and the beautiful intricacy of movement. I am one of the lucky few that can do what I love and love what I do for a living.
I am a Comprehensive BASI Pilates Teacher Trainer who enjoys teaching a variety of styles and functional Pilates. I have a deep respect for women's health. My knowledge and experience includes rehabilitation and re-education of the body post-injury, post-natal, post-surgery. I do love working with all the large Classical Pilates equipment and small toys to keep my classes creative, challenging and fun.

Personal Message:
have been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 20 years, starting as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, as well as being an internationally certified health and nutrition coach, specialising in reduction of chronic inflammation, balancing blood sugars and balancing hormones.
As a trainer, I aim to help each individual experience the strength, grace and power their body possesses, and my approach to fitness is a reflection of this. Weight training, classical Pilates mat work, dance, yoga, barre and functional training influence my style of teaching to ensure my classes have an holistic approach.
As a wife and mom of two teenagers, I understand the responsibilities and burdens we place on our bodies and our minds, My goal is to provide each individual with tools to help bring balance to their lives, from the inside out, to help them to live a long, healthy, fulfilling life.
