The recently introduced new Garuda method and the Barre Classes offer me even more variety that really helps me to keep in shape and feel energetic.
Anita is professional teacher, very kind, pays attention to me and my performance and creates a good atmosphere during the classes and beyond.
I am sure I will benefit again in this new year of new exercises!

Anita is an incredible teacher, so engaged with all in her class, keeps us focused and is just really wonderful. She exhibits a mixture of both compassion, creativity along with a deep knowledge of what each of her students need.

Anita is an amazing teacher, she truly cares for each one of us. Always explaining the purpose of the different exercises and making sure you are doing the right thing! She is passionate and her bubbly happy positive attitude makes you feel good after an hour of work out!
